That depends on what you are looking for. Standard stocks? not many to be found. Originals particularly M2s are very common and not particularly expensive. Plastic? Yes, lots are out there in several styles, both straight and folding. Wood and metal telescoping? Yes, several types are available, but you have to search for them.
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!
Dupage sells reproduction stocks, thought they were made by Boyds.

You may be right on that Bob. Fulton also sells reproduction stocks. Not sure I would ever consider an aftermarket stock, as jimb mentioned there are far too many originals out there.
On other side of the coin a new piece of wood is nearly guaranteed to not give problems. Hard to expect 70+ year old wood to be trouble free especially with an unknown care history. It's easy enough to put on fresh wood for a range session and then replace the old dried out matching stock for display.
