I have seen mint ones before. Going for close to $200. But not for a few years now. Hard to tell by the picture, the stitching on the leather reinforced area for the slide catches my eye.

There were three makers of the hip holster

Must be the picture, but the narrow web strap sure looks like nylon web. I just don't see how it could look so fresh and perfect, but I can't rule out the possibility.
