There is a surprising amount of live artillery here in Texas mostly German. An associate of mine has a live 7.5 cm PAK 40, another gentleman has a live 8.8cm FLAK 36-18, and a local museum has a Hetzer with a live 7.5cm PAK 39 L48.

I have no grief with a man owning arty. There's a live 25Pdr in Calgary on a front lawn. Most really have no idea what it is. I have the ordnance, no cannon though.
A few years ago there was someone trying to sell what appeared from the images posted ground dug, relic, live rifle rounds on a well known online auction site. I did report the listing several times to the site but the listing remained up. It may well have been a case of the people at the site having no idea of what had been listed but you would have thought that they would find out if they didn't know, since it had been reported to them, and then take appropriate action.

An acquaintance of mine who served on the Saskatchewan gave me as a gift the spent casings for the Mk10 Limbo ASW mortar and the 3"/70 Mk6 Vickers main guns. Unfortunately they were part of the grand sell off before my move to Texas.
I can't seem to find a Limbo case although I have two Squid cases. I also have a 3"50 complete that I just found. I missed a complete 3"70 round by a few days.
