Help with 1941 Gultloff Werke Mauser

Would you be someone who would be knowledgeable about a matching 1941 Gustloff Werke (BCD 41) Mauser?

I have one and the barrel is shiny and near mint. The blueing is near mint. There is no sling or bayonet. A friend is interested in this rifle. What would the fair value be for this? I don't want to rip him off, but I also don't want to give it away.
