I have what appears to be an ordinary Austrian bayonet for the M95 rifle, looks virtually identical to a couple others I have, but will not fit any of my rifles- starts on ok but stops before the muzzle ring gets on to the muzzle. Ithas the Steyr StF marking and S.N., but nothing else. I ,ve heard there was a transitional model with the same issue but have not found out anything more about it.
So- do I have a (hopefully) rare piece here or just a damaged one?
