Never Issued L1A1 Bore sight device.

Here are a couple of shots of my most recent gift. Its a Bore sight device that was never issued or used, it even has the stores labels attached. I doubt it was ever of any real use being based on a M2 tripod and a rifle stowage point from a vehicle, but as they say in Englandicon, 'Never look a gift horse in the mouth'.

The only part I know of being missing is the bore viewing mirror. Would anyone know if its a standard L1A1 accessory? Every other part appears to be an off the shelf or recycled part, even the cross hairs for the muzzle are fitted to a 7.62mm case which in turn clips to a recycled GPMG ammo belt link bolted to the frame.

Despite my best efforts and the originals being the correct way around, the photos are still upside down. Weird!
