Mauser 71/84

I've been offered an M71/84 which I don't know a lot about. The metal and bore look good but the stock looks too nice and the cartouches don't look quite right. $700 is the asking price. Photos below are what I have on it now. I will be able to inspect in person.

I don't know enough about the cartouches on these to know what these are but they do not match any known examples I've been able to compare them too.

What can the experts tell me?
