I hosted a yard sale yesterday, and put a post-war P1 holster out on the table. A customer stated that he had a BIG holster at home, and would bring it to me if I was interested. When he returned, he asked $40 and was very happy.
I am quite pleased, as well. It's a very uncommon and complete US J.Q.M.D. 1944 E.M.S. leather Cavalry or Jeep Scabbard in excellent condition. Straps are all present and supple, all stitching intact. It would appear to be unissued.
I have an all original late-war Winchester Carbine in excellent condition which goes quite well with the scabbard. Pics to follow, and thanks for looking.
