"Dog Leg Hammer" - what is it? Do I have one?

When documenting my spare parts I also took a group picture of my M1icon Carbine hammers. I've been told that it looks like there are so-called "dog leg hammers" among them. A quick research showed that they are differently shaped hammers.

With this I'd vote that the three in the upper left corner are dog-leg hammers. Is this right? And if yes, do they command a premium? And are they really only an early production step, which was later changed?

    Thanks in advance!
