Canada post screw up and need for help

Canada post has refused to refund me anything but the initial expenses of the shipping. I am very angry at the moment, time to make some noise.

Edited to add: after calling them again I now got the number for the Ombudsman to make a complaint there to see if they will change the state of the claim. We shall wait and see.
