Well, after being locked away inside for the past 8 days, I started to feel fluey and coughy yesterday, and again today, so starting to feel a bit nervous given I'm knocking on the door of 60................NHS online test says to self-isolate for another 7 days and monitor symptoms.

Oh well.....

May not be, still plenty of bugs still going round, I had a bad chest all last week, just an asthma related mild chest infection, hang in there GeeRam.
