Albania has sent 30 specialists to help us. Mr. Rama, Albanian premier, held a wonderful, truly European speech in perfect Italian.
Among other things, he said that Albania is not rich, but it has memory and remembers the help always received from Italy, so they could not keep their reserves while Italy is fighting. Other nations, very rich ones, he said, behaved differently, not Albania.
I’m so grateful I can’t express it properly.
And they are not in the EU yet, just candidates...
Makes one really think...
