    Short answer: NO.
    270 Win SAAMI max pressure is 65,000 psi, far beyond what the '95 action will handle safely.
    Also, the 270 win cartridge is too long for the action.
    I do know of one being built about 40 years ago by a local smith. It was a single shot and didnt hold up well. IIRC, headspace had opened up to the point of experiencing casehead separations in less than 75 rounds.
    Get an M98 action and be done with it.
    If you're set on using a small ring action the best are the Mauser kar 98a, Mexican Model 1910 and the Swede M94/M96. But even these should be limited to pressures of less than 57,000 psi.
