    Yes, chopped gas tube (stub remaining needed to hold the front handguard retaining cap of course) and no port in the barrel but otherwise all there. The serial supposedly dates it to around July/Aug '94 manufacture but Olympic appear to have added a later '97' after the MFR model designation, as well as LEO/Export only on the RH side. The Proof marks are dated '97 as well so that confirms when it came into the UKicon.
