Picked up a Olympic arms ar15 model cast,pre ban upper sn v18** any idea what its worth?

It depends upon where you are. In places like CT and NY (I believe) where it has to be pre- a certain year to be legal, the receiver alone if worth $600 or more. The weapon as a whole in other areas, maybe $600 total. It is VERY subjective to area.

folks in States that still have Ban Restrictions will buy them and pay a premium,

I've sold some Sendra and early DPMS lowers to those states for $700 and up (no gouging, that is what the bids went up to)
