Mystery Inland 3,543,98? Carbine

OK,
Ran across a humped with fake parts carbine then noticed the Inland stamp and a serial number of 3,543,98? I just can't see the last digit. I'll add the GB listing but it will soon time out then no pictures will be available. I grabbed the only pictures that could help ID the receiver maker. It has the Round op slide mill cut. Short hand guard lip. In the 3rd picture between Inland and the serial number you can see where the rear bevel has been ground on heavily. Has a Inland 2-44 barrel with repro Type I barrel band, repro IN-B flip sight.

Can anyone recognize the front receiver ring markings? What maker is this one?
