Can't do that as we might be charged with littering! We would have to prove that we had clean up crews for the mess!..

I still think this is like Yossarian in Catch 22! He had to bomb, didn't like to bomb, so he always dropped his bombs in the ocean. IE. You have bombs. Bombs must be dropped. So he dropped them!! Good book on the military..
