Ds from the CMP

I have beem told that most Ds were built in the early 50s from existing rifles if that is true do you think that there will be a sprinkling Winchesters in the current batch of Cs fore sale

I assumed he meant to say D's in the last sentence, since it's D's that the CMP has listed. At least I don't remember seeing any C's on the site.
