Theres a couple like this around NZicon but no idea of their ID of maker.converter, could be private, but anything with an AGP or ball burnished marked barrel is probably parker hale target rifle. They made lots and lots of lee Enfield Riflesicon but p14 = unknown, they're not in my PH catalog at all.
