    PE, PEM or PU?

It's pretty well know that only six PU rifles are recorded in Finn records so they would bring $2k~$3K or more.

    Does it have a scope?

Finlandicon did capture a lot of true Sovieticon snipers, used some, but primarily de-snipered them after the war. As far as I know, no rifles were exported from Finland in sniper configuration with scopes. Some folks have re-snipered Finn captured snipers, but I think most Finn captured snipers were PEMs.

Also, IO made a bunch of snipers with real or repro Soviet scopes out of M39 rifles. Century made some PE/PU snipers out of Finn 91/30 rifles that came out of Finland in the 90's before there were any rifles coming out of Ukraine.

Not trying to rain on your parade. I personally shy away from Mosin snipers due to the high percentage of fakes out there and the high cost.

It is a 91/30, no scope or base. If I am not mistaken (correct me if I am wrong) the Soviets transitioned between the PE and PEM around 1935 or 1936. Mine is from this period, so difficult for me to say which it is.
