    OK, Mr Horton, I went and bought some IMR4007SSC powder. If I don't like it can I send you the bill?

    No you can't send me the bill, if you notice IMR-4007 SSC is made in Canadaicon by General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical systems Canada Valleyfield Inc. 55 Rue Masson (Quebec)
