It's not bad from a distance but not good up close.

What exactly do you mean by "old" S&K mount, is there more than one model type? I like the one you have on there, where can I get that exact model ?

Well someone said in a previous thread that nothing comes close to resembling the no 32 scope, but I think this picture of the Weaver K2.5 posted by madcratebuilder comes awefully close?? I guess this Weaver scope would fit into a no 32 scope mount if one had one?
also noted a set of repro no 32 scope pads for sale on ebay for $99.00 not too long ago, anyone know about these?, and who can one get to solder and fit them on now a-days?

Or use a Longbranch rifle as a base and find a Lyman Alaska scope, that would be "correct" so to speak for a Canadian
made rifle.

As far as pics go, here is some reading for you from our Q@A Help Forums ...
How do I upload or post images on MILSURPS.COM?
How do I use PhotoBucket to display images on MILSURPS.COM?
How do I post pics?
You can upload multiple pics into a single post using the same "Manage Attachments" button you used for the single pic. Simply select a different pic from your local computer (or internet) for EACH line that says "Choose File".
In fact, you can upload up to 10 pics each screen, then select "Manage Attachments" again, to upload another 10 and so on ...
Let me know how that works....
If you still have problems, email me your pics to badger@milsurps.com and I'll host and post them under your name in whatever thread you'd like.
Regards,
Doug
