Bubba is the guy who takes a $300 milsurp and "improves" it, generally through the ill-use of hand tools like files, chisels and hacksaws. He excels in turning the $300 milsurp into a $150 "sporter".

Commercial conversions, like Parker-Hale .303 sporters are not considered Bubba's.
