    I have to say that the scope and tin look original to me. It's a shame that these clowns set about them with wire wool and brasso! I had one to rebuild a few months ago that was a brass polishers pride and joy! They'd spent hours over many years polishing the brass bits. That was until I set about it with the bead blaster and chucked it into the hot phosphating tank.............. The telescope I mean!
