    In the Canada - Milsurp Knowledge Library (click here), there's a 77 pic photo montage of a good example of a 1916 M10 Ross MkIII* (click here).

    Are there any of those pics that help you out?

    They gave me an idea of what screw to look for the front band but I'm still at a loss for the screw that attaches the middle band and how the brass pins hold down the upper handguard. I'll have to take a closer look at my No1 to see how the brass pins work on it. Obviousy whatever the pins run through under the handguard, I don't have. Thanks for the link, saw it before but just realized it had a large photo collection.

    Yup, all our Knowledge Libraryicon entries will have a link, or an icon like the one below, which takes members to a much larger and more detailed photo montage display of any piece piece being dicussed. It helps reduce the graphics in the main MKLicon display, so people can focus on the textual research part of the entry's content.
