I have a Sten Mark V that I had built on a Taylor tube. I can't fault it in any way. Simple bit of engineering that works. I shoot the Pakistani made 9mm Mark 2z ammo available from SAMCO through it. I load the 32 round mags with 30 rounds for minimum initial feed problems

I typically download high capacity mags for all my weapons by a couple of rounds - although I have spoken with many who say it's unnecessary, I think it increases reliability - and 30 rounds per magazine is plenty for my recreational shooting anyway! Do you know anything about Taylor? I've searched all over the internet, and haven't been able to turn up much.
