I may be mistaken but I think something like that would have to be certified DEWAT by the RCMP. There are certain criteria that must be met. Plus you need export permits from U.S. Customs to ship gun parts. The U.S. laws really went nuts after 9/11 as far as exporting firearms goes. Honestly, from what I know about it, it's probably not worth the aggravation. It's real tough for gun enthusiasts in Canadaicon to get ANYTHING out of the states now. You would think the U.S. government would relax the export regs. a little bit as this hurts U.S. businesses more than anything else. I would try U.S. Customs first and then the RCMP if you're determined but be prepared for some major B.S..
