At a rough guess, I'd say that it is EXACTLY 1" above the centre line of the bore when you have a size 0 blade fitted. With a No5 handy, you can work what you need to know out quite easily.

Thanks Peter, but I don't have a No.5 handy...it's the reason I asked. What additional heighth would a 1.9 blade (tallest?) give over a 0.0 blade?
