Correct all, rifle rest aiming is the ones I'm talking about. The big machine rests are scarce. I only saw one. It used to sit in the 25yd range in Work Point Barracks. It was there for years and I'll bet weighed 3 or 400 pounds. Or more. Post 2 eluded to the ones shown in post 8 so I thought that was what you were talking about.

Nice picture, they just seem to go together; to evoke that era when machines like these ("junque") were to be found in "the sheds" outside your back door along with all sorts of other paraphernalia. If only those sheds and barns were still standing!
