    Now, that's near and dear to my heart - I've lived in Idaho all my life and that ship (along with the current USS Boise) is still talked about. It's a shame that those fine young men weren't around about 20 or so years ago. Some lowlifes broke into the state historical museum and stole the complete silver set from the USS Idaho and it's never been seen again. It breaks your heart...

    Check out the biplanes in the back. That crane must be what they used to hoist them back aboard. Pretty dang cool. I'd like to have one of those bayonets those Marines are sporting.
