I would look on ebay for an original scope, (PM sent) prices do vary, A Mk3 went for around 700 pounds the other week, a week later a Mk 11 went for 1470 pounds ? (did anyone see this) ?

The dimensions for the transit chest are in the knowladge libary.

Seems more reasonable than prices in the US. With or w/o brackets?

The £1400 Mk II didn't have a bracket nor did the £700 mk 3. I think there might have been an issue with the mk3 in that it finished at 2am here in blighty but it didn't look like it was listed anywhere other than the uk site.
Another mk 3 with bracket this time also made a bit more than £1,000 last week. I think the prices are rising back up again after the uncertainty caused by the repros... After all a resold repro is worth not much, but the real thing will always hold its value.
Mercifully the reselling of repros as the real thing seems to have died down.
