Definitely SVT-40. Finnish Army (captured) marked. Just need to see the arsenal marks on the top front of the receiver. The Finns did manage to make functioning mixmasters, but they had many parts from which to choose, and did not mind scrapping out rifles to keep others running. Kinda an expensive proposition for the fellow who has only one (or just part of one!)
