The close up of the lettering shows grease, not rust. There is still some
cosmoline
on the blade and in the scabbard. This one does not have a frog..
The bayo pictured was designed to fit all of Yugoslavia
's post war Mauser rifles. It will work on a 24/52C (Yugoslav refurbed Czech
vz24) but should have a Yugoslav cleaning rod. The Czech rod diameter is just enough larger to bind in some bayos.
