    Why can't you get the reloading supplies ? Just the O'bama thing going on now or other things ?
    I reload the .38/200 for my victories with lead 200 gr .358 bullets , but .360 bullets for English bores are offered , too.
    Standard .38 S&W dies / shellholder and Win. 231 powder .

    These seem to work OK. Old thread about it. Probably a couple of years back. Not sure which Milsurp forum.
