Polish Mosin M44 chamber issue.

I have a Yugo M48 that leaves a similar mark. I assumed a poor reaming job and all I do after reloading is rotate the case "mine's on top" so it doesn't line up a second time or third time then I anneal after 3rd firing. Been ok so far, but that's me, any pictures??

I shoot surplus in all my Mosin Nagants so I don't know if they would leave a mark on brass or not.
