Cold War Norwegian Ski Pants? Help identifying these trousers

By the front pocket it looks like a British Commonwealth item . The Greeks, Belgian and Dutch used the British Battle Dress type trouser . If those " Knickers " had a pleated small pocket ( for Field Dressing ) right where the mans right hand is then it would be a Commonwealth item. I own a couple of Belgian Battle Dress trousers dated 1949 .
