I had a bad day when I saw that. Look on the bright side it's not pink. Yet. Sympomatic of larger problems I fear.
Ask yourself one question when looking at that cover. What would Chesty do?

They "thought about it, laughed about it, and forgot about it".

The thought that they thought about it is telling enough. Not being a Marine I can only imagine how they must feel that it was even considered.
