    This info is very helpful on the OD. How about the length of the OD cut. Does the sight block butt hard against thecut or is there a space so the sight protector does not foul with the great diameter of the barrel at the step. Ron(Canadaicon)

    Take your enfield 'enforcer'/'envoy'/'enfield TR' barrel and remove the front sight block. Replace with reamed to suit No4 front sight block...solder...done...

    The "little book" I referred to is called "An Armourers Perspective"...it even has occasional drawing numbers and everything...
