I often wonder who 'They' are.

If you read the link that comes with, you can see who "They" are. This ain't the UK, it's not banking or anything else, so apples and oranges. I can pretty much promise you we aren't getting any of that product. Too bad too. I've shot enough of it to know I'd like a source.
