Need help identifying three tools

Thanks Chris. I wonder why I can't find any reference to that tool. I t is not listed in any of my reference books, and I can't find it on any Internet searches.

It was not an issue tool to the troops . It was issued higher up the repair chain , and those items don't get the attention of troop issued items . Also , because the spring guide does as well , I'm not sure of it's numbers or time of use . It might of not been used for long.
