You can find an A3 that is already been sporterized. I have seen a lot of them and often they are pretty cheap.

I agree that most Savage rifles rock and are a great value.

You can find an A3 that is already been sporterized. I have seen a lot of them and often they are pretty cheap.

There are a couple local for about $450, is that cheap or high ?
One is D&T'ed for weaver mounts and the other Leupold.
If it is drilled to fit weaver, will a Leupold fit up ? I really want a Leupold mount.
