    Personally I dangle mine on bits of old steel coat hangers bent to form into hooks! Brackets, that is..................

    That's exactly what I do Roger, and I have a nice roll of stainless wire I make them from. However, the oven is not large enough to hang them in, so some air drying is necessary first and this is where the variable shows up. It's not ambient humidity as far I can tell.

    About 20 examples left now by the way. More NOT to follow!

    I've said that after each batch of No32 brackets Rob, but 25 years & 500+ sales later people still keep asking me for them. Another 100 castings awaiting machining currently!

    I see your point Roger, but honestly can't justify the costs on these, with machining at $200 per unit, materials, finishing, eBay and Paypal fees etc., costs are easily $300 a copy, and that doesn't factor in labour at all.
