    Oh well the entry must have been entered into the register wrong.......no worries, I take it everything else recorded is correct?

    Hi Simon,
    There were actually no differences at all. Both had large 2ba scope block holes in the rear bridge and 6 x 42 holes in the front scope block. Neither the M82 or the 1200TX were marked M82 or 1200TX. The only markings would appear on the barrel of the TX, which said simply:
    Parker Hale Birmingham "1200 TX"

    Have been offered a M82 fitted with a Khales Scope, but didn't want to pay over the odds for a standard 1200TX that some one had built up.
