I see the 2A I posted about has now been reduced to $950.00 still way overpriced IMO.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

enfield303t: I saw that too. Much rougher than mine which I purchased a couple of years ago for $500.00 from a dealer not known for bargains. The seller of the current one notes that he has tried to preserve as much of the "suncorite" as possible while cleaning which pretty much sums up the quality of the paint. New flakes break off mine every time I look at it.

Yes IMHO it is far from mint and worth much less than he is asking. As before I want one but am not willing to spend that kind of money. I can think of many other Lee Enfields I want in the thousand dollar range that are a better buy than that one.
