I am 63 and in the past 5-6 years I have noticed that my formerly-robust integrated self-repair response to strain/damage has really degraded.

Even though I am doing my daily exercises by ~6:05am and keep active and strong, the old Bod seems to periodically just decide to mess with me ... and then it often takes what seems like a LONG time to fix the (usually somewhat painful) issue.
