    Restoring

I've managed to track down all the wood and metal hardware I need to restore it to original condition, just not sure how everything needs to go together. Are there any members in the Calgary AB area that have restored one of these would be willing to walk me through the process ?

While Peter Laidlericon is quite correct in the intricacies of fitting a stock, he also has provided detailed instruction in the Milsurps Knowledge Libraryicon on how to do it. If you are somewhat mechanically adept and have woodworking tools in your shop, I think it's worth a try. Also, there are several Milsurps members in the Calgary & Red Deer area that might be willing to help, especially as the cold Canadianicon winter sets in and Albertans are spending more time indoors.
