Who made this T2 band?

I saw this on the CMP auction { I really needed that stock } anyhow look at the band on this 5,3 Inland. The surface is much more grainy un-like the OP's which appears to be smooth, so I'm guessing different manufactures.

Yes, I like that one too! - also the buttplate. I wonder if the Type 2 band has left a mark, and how much that would hurt the value?
