Well, in my humble opinion, 4 1/2 months is too long. 3 months I can live with, not tending on toward 5 months. Maybe they need to shut off these sales to people hauling off truckloads. Or start requiring match bulletins. At least I am shooting in CMPicon sanctioned shoots. And I'm approaching "Winchester." Yes, the service IS terrible. Now I have to waste CMP's time by calling Melissa and finding out if the order was lost, or what. I mean at the end of the day allegedly the purpose of the program is to support civilian marksmanship. Selling truckloads of ammo to resellers is not accomplishing that.

I am well aware I could buy elsewhere. I can also handload. Their original statement was that the ammo would take 3 months to ship. I am used to long waiting periods; under the DCM it might take a year to buy your ONE rifle. just tell me what you are doing, Orest.
