    ok i'm trying to upload some phots here but it won't let me cos the file sizes are too big and thats with a phone ? Anybody got any ideas?

    This may not be as bad as you think. I am assuming your Tiffy had drawings he used to drill and tap the holes at the outset to the recognised exceptance locations for the scope, and got them slightly wrong?

    If not, did he do this all by eye, and a measuring tape............hope not!!
