MkVI Sten Gun Silencer Length

All in a nice little book about the Sten Gun as I'm lead to believe. Off at a tangent........ You could easily make a replica Mk6 if you machined away the sleeve on the existing barrel nut and welded a full length 'silencer' onto it. Make a muzzle plug and you're good to go. But you must machine the body casing dovetail to take the Mk2 foresight. Maybe everyone ought to get an extra Mk5 while they're still available and make a Mk6 replica.
